Landscape Services & Pricing
Weekly Landscape Maintenance: $150.00/Month
Includes:
- Weeding
- Pruning
- Planting & transplanting
- Mulching
- Edging
- Management of landscape debris
- Blowing off hard surfaces
*An initial clean up will be necessary before starting routine maintenance. Initial clean ups are charged at a rate of $300.00/Day.
Add-on Services: $1.25/Min. (Maintenance customers only)
- Planting annual/seasonal plant displays
- Ground cover trimming
- Wall vine trimming
- Flower bed installation or extension
- Weeding rock beds, sidewalks, or driveways
- Plant container maintenance or planting
One-time services:
- Flower bed clean up ($300.00/Day)
- Tree pruning ($300.00/Day)
- Garden consultation ($75.00/Hr)
What to Know Before Service:
- Business phone hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
- Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or Venmo.
- Payments cannot be mailed.
- I will source all plants and materials needed for the landscape. Material costs will be billed separately.
- I will not apply any form of pesticides.
- Pine straw is the only mulch material I use.
- Tree pruning will be limited to what I can reach safely from ground level.
- A full day is 4 - 6 hours on site.
- It is the customer's responsibility to locate and disclose any existing utilities within work areas before service begins. (Home utility lines, internet lines, irrigation lines, landscape lighting wires, etc.).
- All debris to be discarded will be bagged or cut to length and placed at curbside for city garbage to pick up.
