Landscape Services & Pricing
Routine Flower Bed & Tree Care: $150.00/Month
- Flower bed care includes all weeding, pruning, edging, mulching, and planting needed for flower beds.
- Tree care includes all pruning needed for trees to promote airflow, maintain access, and prevent contact with any structures as well as protection of the root flare.
*An initial clean up will be necessary before starting routine maintenance. Initial clean ups are charged at a rate of $300.00/Day.
What to Know Before Service:
- Business phone hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
- Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or Venmo.
- Payments cannot be mailed.
- Materials are billed separately.
- I will not apply any form of pesticides.
- Pine straw is the only mulch material I use.
- Tree pruning will be limited to what I can reach safely from ground level.
- It is the customer's responsibility to locate and disclose any existing utilities within work areas before service begins. (Home utility lines, internet lines, irrigation lines, landscape lighting wires, etc.).
- All debris to be discarded will be bagged or cut to length and placed at curbside for city garbage to pick up.
